Ms. Russell serves as our graduation coach. She comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge on post-secondary high school options.  At Carter G. Woodson School, 100% of our students will have post-high school options including four-year university, two-year technical training, or the military. Over 88% of our graduates attend four-year universities after high school. 

Future Ready-Curriculum

At Carter G. Woodson School, our high school curriculum is built around the Future Ready Core Curriculum. These are the courses that students need to take to graduate high school and enroll in the UNC-system of universities. 

Graduation Requirements 2021

Total of 4 Credits

Math

Math I, II, III and 4th Math Course to be aligned with student’s post high school plans
