On Thursday, October 4, 2018, Carter G. Woodson reinitiated its partnership with the Sawtooth School of Visual Arts located downtown Winston-Salem. Our students are taught professionally trained artists at the Sawtooth Center. Our children learn mix-media, textiles, pottery and other aspects of the visual arts, while using the state-of-the-art facilities at the Sawtooth.
