Immunizations Requirements

At Carter G. Woodson, we value the safety and health of our students. That's why we require specific immunizations for entry for Kindergarten, 7th and 12th graders. By following North Carolina's Back to School immunization chart, allows us to provide a safe environment where every student is protected from diseases and illnesses that can affect both their learning and wellbeing.
